#1773 Embroidered Silk Picture from Japan, circa 1920s - 1930s

A finely embroidered silk picture depicting a  winter woodland landscape.

This item made in Japan and probably retailed in the United Kingdom by the depatment store Boots ("the Chemists") during the inter-war years.

Condition: excellent.

Frame: 37 cm across / 29 cm high.
