A large and heavy porcelain deep dish with simple underglaze blue painted decoration, and typical Zhangzhou kiln crackle glaze, made for export in Fujian province, south China, in the second half of the 16th entury during the late Ming dynasty.
Condition: there is an old glued repair, in infilled rim chip and a number of rim hairlines.
