A ten sided double bodied Yixing stoneware teapot decorated in Scholar's Taste and bearing an inscription in white enamel which reads "Ba Dou Gao Cai" ( which can translate as "Full of Talent") and with "Tian Gong" ("Heavenly Palace" or "Paradise") under pink enamel. This item was made from Zisha clay in Yixing, China, during the late 19th or early 20th Century.
Condition: the single cover has a piece missing and has been broken and glued; no further damages and no restoration.
