#1542 Benin Bronze Guardian Figure from Nigeria, circa 1920-1960 **SOLD** July 2018

A heavy well cast 'bronze' figure, in traditional Benin ceremonial coral beaded costume and headress, made in Nigeria probably during the early to mid 20th Century.

Condition:  excellent. The circular copper base is probably a later addition.
