A rare, well patinated, plain and un-decorated ivory Oliphant (hunting horn) probably made in what is now Angola or the Democratic Republic of Congo during the 19th or early 20th Century.
Condition: there are age related cracks and yellowing; the longest crack has been stabilized with glue. There are no losses.
30cm (12 inches) long.
